I enjoy counseling couples struggling with the changing expectations in intimate and trusting relationships; individuals & couples dealing with life adjustment and transition in divorce and separation, as well as the older population coping with issues of aging, illness and grief.  I specialize in the enhancement of self esteem and performance in the fields of academics, athletics and arts.

I have experience working with gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals and couples. Using hypnotherapy, I work with issues of weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.
